Established in 1993, the Indian Plumbing Association (IPA) is India's only apex professional body dedicated to advancing excellence in water, sanitation and plumbing. With a strong pan-India presence through 28 chapters and a network of over 12,500 members, IPA represents the entire built ecosystem, encompassing real estate developers, architects, consultants, academicians, manufacturers, traders, and contractors.

Through strategic collaborations with national and international industry associations, government bodies, and academic institutions, IPA drives the adoption of global best practices, promotes sustainable water management, and works towards creating a healthier, safer, and more sustainable built environment.
